Warner Bros. Consumer Products announced today an exclusive co-publishing agreement with Electronic Arts to produce, market and distribute Looney Tunes: Back In Action, a video game to be released on multiple platforms with the upcoming live action feature film starring the Looney Tunes characters. The partnership marks the first time Warner Bros. Consumer Products has partnered to co-publish a video game title. UK-based Warthog is developing the game based on the film, which will debut worldwide in November 2003 excluding the UK(debut February 2004)

The "Shining" series, has been popular amongst fans of the RPG genre, and has appeared on the Mega Drive, Game Gear and Sega Saturn (Shining and the Darkness, Shining Force etc). Encore today announced that its Game Boy Advance version of Marvel's Daredevil has gone gold. The game is anticipated on store shelves in conjunction with the February 2003 premiere of the highly anticipated New Regency/ 20th Century Fox/Marvel Studios Daredevil movie starring Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner. The "E" rated game -- which incorporates many elements of the feature film including its characters, costumes, and Hell's Kitchen, New York setting -- will retail for approximately $30.
