Developed by Ubi Soft Entertainment's Montreal studio, Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell has won numerous awards including the E3 Game Critics Awardfor best action game and the ECTS overall best game of the show award. The game received a 9.6, the highest review score ever given by Official Xbox Magazine, earning it an Editor's Choice Award. Ubi Soft Entertainment today announced that the next product in the IL-2 Sturmovik flight simulation product line, IL-2 Sturmovik: Forgotten Battles, will no longer be an add-on to the original game, but upgraded to a feature packed full, standalone sequel that will not require gamers to own the original IL-2 Sturmovik product. IL-2 Sturmovik: Forgotten Battles will be released on February 20th 2003.
