Lotus Challenge is truly the most complete racing game to date. By mixing different gaming styles, camera angles, story lines and even a hint of role playing, players can choose multiple paths through the game. Five huge modes offer players a complete tour of the world of Lotus. Stunt mode takes you to the set of a Hollywood blockbuster run by a hotshot director who gives you the play-by-play of the scene he wants you to execute. A multi-player option is available for those who want to challenge others through a championship or single race.

GarageGames Launches 'Marble Blast' Mac OS X Release

GarageGames announced today the release of the Mac OS X version of their highly acclaimed title, Marble Blast. The Mac demo features five playable levels and access to several of the game's power up items. The full version of Marble Blast, available at for $14.95, includes 72 levels, a variety of power up bonuses and additional hazards.

'Steam' - Beta 2.0 Available NOW

Steam Beta 2.0 begins today at 3 pm Pacific. The beta is open to the public, anyone can join by downloading and running the 4MB install applet. For the first few days, this beta will include the coming versions of Counter-Strike (v1.6) and Team Fortress Classic. Koch Media Signs 'WWII: Frontline Command'

Bitmap Brothers' upcoming RTS title WWII: Frontline Command has found a new publisher. The game was originally scheduled to be published by Codemasters, but last year, they suddenly dropped the product without a specific reason. WWII: Frontline Command will now be published in Europe by Koch Media this May. No North American date (or publisher) has yet been assigned.

'Silent Hill 3' Bundled With Original Music Soundtrack

Konami of America, Inc. announced that Silent Hill 3, the highly-anticipated new release in the blockbuster horror series, will ship with a 70-minute music soundtrack. Composed, performed and edited by the game's producer, Akira Yamaoka at Konami Computer Entertainment Tokyo, the soundtrack features the game's distinctive musical score as well as four exclusive vocal tracks.

Wide Games, the ambitious developer of the best-selling PS2, Xbox and PC smash, Prisoner of War, today announces a move into licensed products and conversions. Building on the success of POW - the only unlicensed, non-sequel game in the top ten last summer, Wide Games has recently completed a GameCube conversion, and is now working an Xbox/PC port for a major US publisher.

'Resident Evil Online' - Trailer

Resident Evil Online is set in Raccoon City and seems to feature gameplay typical of the series, but it will allow up to four players play together at once. There are eight characters -- including a police officer, plumber, journalist, and surgeon -- each with his or her own skills. Cooperation is a big part of the online game's design. Player characters can interact by exchanging weapons, helping another player get up, or by providing a steady shoulder for a wounded character to lean on. However, players can't always rely on the security of a group and may start a scenario separated from each other. Runaway: A Road Adventure follows Brian, a student on the verge of graduating from college, is suddenly and mysteriously attacked by Mafia gangsters. During his desperate flight, in the company of a mysterious striptease dancer, he ends up meeting a wide range of unusual characters. But he has to figure out who's trying to help him or kill him. The player will have to be very ingenious to figure it out who's his friend or foe in this explosive mixture of murder, money, ambition, rituals and deception...a whole lot of deception.
