Each map is different in their own way (from realistic to fun maps) and partially adapted to the Indochina Vietnam Conflict. Encore today announced that Pirate Hunter and Patrician III, life simulation games developed by Ascaron Entertainment, have gone gold. These two PC games offer a unique combination of trading and fighting, one on the high seas of the Caribbean, the other in the cities of Northern Europe during the Middle Ages. Both are expected to be on store shelves in October and will retail for approximately $30 and $40, respectively.

Empire announced today it has signed an exclusive licensing agreement with Sony Pictures Consumer Products to develop a sequel to the Starsky & Hutch video game. The new game will include new city locations, enhanced graphics and classic music tracks from the 70's and a key new game play feature, which will allow villains to be chased on foot together with new spectacular car chases.
