The Running With Scissors newsletter reveals that a third Postal installment is in the works. "It has been formally announced that the next milestone in the POSTAL saga is already in development. The game, under the working title, POSTAL 3: Catharsis and is headed directly down the throat of the XBox 360 and the PC. Activision has released the first patch for Lionhead's movie studio sim, The Movies. This update brings your US, UK, French, Italian, German, Spanish, and Dutch retail game to v1.1 and will allow owners of the game to access the PropShop, which will feature a variety of new, downloadable content for the game, including additional costumes, sets, & props.

At the Tokyo Game Show Namco announced a sequel to Baten Kaitos was in the works, with a Japanese release date scheduled for December 2005. Baten Kaitos II takes place 20 years after the original with 2 new continents to explore, in addition to locations from the original. You play as Sagi, Milly or Giro on your quest to find the source of a series of unnatural phenomena.

Originally only made for the arcades, Bandai revealed that Noritaka Funamizu's studio Kraft & Meister, formerly with Capcom, is working on a Super Dragon Ball Z PS2 conversion. No details are available at this point but it is scheduled for release in Japan during 2006.

EA announced today that Arturo Gatti and Micky Ward will serve as cover athletes and spokespeople for Fight Night Round 3 for PS2 and Xbox. A couple weeks back members of the official Infinity War forum threatened with a 24 hour server boycott, taking down their multiplayer servers, due to the lack of support and communication from Activision and IW, especially anti-cheat/punkbuster integration, etc. Activision finally replied : "After 2 years of non-stop work on Call of Duty 2, Infinity Ward has just returned from a much-deserved break. The team is aware of some concerns about multiplayer cheating in the game and is looking into an anti-cheat solution." Not a lot to go on, and it only addresses one of the grievances ..
