'All Points Bulletin' (ALL) Nears Closed Beta Stage, Gets New Features

All Points Bulletin is an MMO freeform combat and driving-based game, designed by the creator of the original GTA franchise, bringing players into a living, breathing city where cash is king and territory equals respect. Realtime Worlds' APB is nearing closed beta stage, where it will let a limited amount of outside people try the game, and RtW also revealed that based on fan feedback it has added an Arrest/Capture, and a stealth system.
