A sequel to Assassin's Creed isn't exactly a secret, since Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot confirmed
last year that Assassin's Creed 2 is in development. The
new Game Informer reveals the first details, saying that in AC2, players take on the role of Ezio, a young noble whose family was lost through rival ruling families' betrayals. Set in Renaissance-era Venice you will have new weapons, meet famous people like Machiavelli, Caterina Sofrza, and Lorenzo de Medici, as well as feature day & night missions, a notoriety system, new enemy types, and 16 unique mission types.

Having just finished the latest Valkyrie Profile and Star Ocean for Square Enix, developer Tri-Ace is jumping ship to SEGA for yet another RPG, End of Eternity. The game follows Zephyr, PMC employee Vashyron, and Subject 20 who is condemned to die on her 20th birthday.
