The title, scheduled for a spring 2002 release, will feature Shrek, Princess Fiona™, Lord Farquaad™, Donkey and other favorites from the movie in a kart-racing extravaganza. In its 8th week of release, the feature film has grossed over $240.6 million, making it one of the most successful animated films ever.

TDK Mediactive and DreamWorks SKG have a worldwide 5 year licensing agreement to develop videogames based on the 3D animated feature film, Shrek.
