'Tony Tough & The Night Of Roasted Moths' Goes Gold

by Rainier on Oct. 21, 2002 @ 8:07 p.m. PDT

Got Game Entertainment today announced that its upcoming PC adventure game, "Tony Tough and the Night of Roasted Moths" went gold last week and will hit retail shelves on Halloween. With a title like that, GOT to get it ;)

What do alien abductions, a depressed clown, and a purple tapir named Pantagruel have in common? Can a bumbling gumshoe make his stolen candy theory stick? Players will crack the case with the "Sherlock Gnome" of detectives, Tony Tough, and a hilarious cast of characters on the most adventurous and comical night of his life.

This 2D adventure game for the PC, with its "point & click" interface, is characterized by salty humor, elaborate graphics, all in a perfect cartoon-like style. Non-linear plot development, combined with over sixty different locations, more than 45 interactive characters, and a bonus level, along with loads of descriptions, dialogue, messages and inscriptions, gives the player an environment rich in humor and intriguing situations for long-lasting grown-up gameplay.

In stores: October 31, 2002
Retail: $29.95 (US)
$39.95 (CANADA)
