"We are pleased to enter this agreement with Monte Cristo Games. Platoon is a high quality game offering quality game play. By offering a game with quality in line with the expectations you can have for a game based on a high quality license as Platoon I am confident that Platoon will be a successful product in the Nordic countries", said Peter Weile, Managing Director Ubi Soft Entertainment Nordic A/S.

"Launching a game like PlatoonT in cooperation with a mayor player like Ubi Soft Nordic make me confident that Platoon will be successful in the Nordic countries", added Stéphane Grand-Chavin, Export Manager, Monte Cristo Games.

Platoon covers the period from the early days of the conflict (late 1965) to the height of battle in 1968. And recreates some of the most tragic moments of the Vietnam War. The realistic game play combined with the high quality of the game engine make Platoon a game offering ultra realistic game play based on the Vietnam War.

Platoon will be launched November 22nd on PC. The agreement also includes Ski Resort Tycoon 2, which will be out on November 15th.
