Prior to joining TriLunar, O'Connor was the Vice President, Technology, at 3DO, where he designed and implemented a rapid development strategy for the Sony PlayStation 2, and was responsible for overall technical leadership of plans, processes, standards, staffing and team communications. While at 3DO he also re-organized the Test Group, and created a Localization Group for shipping product to European markets.

Earlier, O'Connor spent over a decade in various technical leadership roles within the industry, including several years at Visual Concepts as Library Manager of their cross-platform technologies, and several years at Electronic Arts as a Lead Engineer on a number of projects.

In aggregate, O'Connor has 16 years of industry experience and has developed for 40+ titles across 9 different development platforms, including the Sony PlayStation and PlayStation 2, PC / Windows, Sega Saturn and Genesis, and Nintendo game systems.
