As opposed to standard hunting games, which are more focused on recreating the slow pace of actual hunting, HU2 is a far more action-based game, while still remaining extremely realistic and accurate in all respects.

In addition to its more than 75 missions, HU2 also features a free-hunt mode which will please those who enjoy a traditional hunting style. Users can also use the brand new in-game Mission Editor to create their own unique scenarios quickly and easily. The powerful mission editor allows players to design on the fly, test their mission and tweak it until it's perfect, all from within the game. The files are small enough to be emailed as well, allowing players to easily trade their mission files with friends.
