'iGames' Refutes Rumors And Says 'We're Still In Business'

by Rainier on Jan. 21, 2004 @ 9:00 p.m. PST

iGAMES PUBLISHING, after reading numerous false online reports and fielding several phone calls from inquiring reporters seeking to verify the rumors that they have closed their doors, has decided to put an end to these unfounded rumors.

Rick Bosch, CEO of iGAMES Publishing, LLC would like the gaming public to know that they are doing fine, and the only reason they haven’t picked up the phone or returned any calls is because they were away from their desks playing games…

Bosch also had this to say about the rumor, "Contrary to a number of recent reports, iGames Publishing, LLC is not closing its doors. We have reorganized some of our top people, and are looking closely at our various enterprises, but we are in no way closing for business. We’ve taken a step back to reallocate our resources, and unfortunately in the process of doing so, have had to eliminate some positions. However, iGames Publishing, LLC remains dedicated to bringing top quality games to market and in supporting our current games: Savage; the Battle for Newerth and Nosferatu; the Wrath of Malachi."

iGames Publishing, LLC is moving forward with the development and release of new and exciting products in 2004.
