An entire city is involved into an experiment, unique by it's scope, as a result of which the government expects to build the Communism all over the world. The objective of experiment was to create superhumans, genuine Communists. But the results of experiment went unexpectedly horrifying. Now you have to survive into a huge Soviet city and do your best to improve the situation.
