'ShellShock: Nam '67' (PS2/Xbox/PC) Soundtrack Announced

by Rainier on June 3, 2004 @ 10:32 a.m. PDT

Helen Lawson, brand manager at Eidos says:
“One of the overriding aims of ShellShock: Nam ’67 is to deliver as realistic interpretation of the Vietnam War as possible. Having music in the game that was actually on the airwaves in 1967 will further enhance the game’s authenticity.”

ShellShock: Nam ‘67 depicts one man’s journey through the most controversial war of the twentieth century. The game has been developed by Guerrilla, the much heralded makers of Killzone™, and will be available on PlayStation 2, Xbox and PC from end of June 2004.

You are a rookie soldier on his first tour of duty as he experiences the fear, chaos and atrocities of the Vietnam War. Endure missions from large scale battlefield encounters to solitary missions deep into enemy territory. Survive long enough to make it back to base camp and face its temptations drugs, prostitutes and rock ‘n’ roll.
