D-Day, World War II, the descent of German occupied Europe begins with the Allied invasion of France. The campaign is supported by over 17,000 American and British paratroopers, dropped in behind enemy lines, during and after the assault on the beaches of Normandy. They pave the way for the Allied invasion by attacking the German forces from the inside.

Advancing within enemy territory, Allied soldiers will make their journey across Europe, thwarting the German war machine every step of the way. Throughout France, Holland, Belgium they will travel to the rolling hills and large plains of small farms and to the larger war-torn cities. As they move from strikes on isolated German positions to the liberation of people throughout western and central Europe, they will gain the utmost trust and respect of their superiors. Eventually, they will prove themselves worthy of the ultimate task: to prevent the Germans from developing a weapon that could forever change the face of Europe: the atomic bomb. This most dangerous and delicate mission takes them into the heart of the European conflict: The Fatherland.
