Known by the name: Eiyuu Densetsu (Legend of Heroes) Gagharv Trilogy: Akai Shizuku (Crimson Tears) in Japan, the game is developed by legendary Nihon Falcom in Tokyo. The company is well known for their RPG work on many platforms and brands, including the Ys, Brandish and Sorcerian Series. While faithful to the Legend of Heroes series, players unfamiliar with the story will discover an easy-to-pick-up gameplay experience.
The game also features more than 100 types of original character illustrations by Minako Iwasaki, a beloved ex-Falcom artist who has redrawn her characters specifically for the PSP system.
In "The Legend of Heroes: A Tear of Vermillion," players take on the role of Avin, a 17 year-old boy who embarks on an adventure in search of his sister, Eimelle. With a trusty animal companion at his side, Avin must journey through one of the most captivating 3-D environments available on the PSP system.
"The Legend of Heroes: A Tear of Vermillion" is scheduled to ship in stores this November.
