by Rainier on March 23, 2005 @ 4:50 p.m. PST

Technology magazine Wired has the first details about Hong Kong director John Woo's game studio, Tiger Hill Games' newest project ShadowClan. Additionally, Tiger Hill Games' website mentions that the studio is currently working on five products, while only two are detailed: Sinner and Burglar. Read more for further details on all three titles ...

Formed in 2003, Tiger Hill Games is working with publisher SEGA to bring ShadowClan to the market somewhere in 2006. No specific platform has been announced yet, but most likely for the next generation PS and Xbox platforms. ShadowClan will be situated in New York where several rival Ninja gangs are fighting a turf war to control the city.

Sinner is about, "An assassin, murdered on his final job, is sent to Hell, where he figures out that if he can escape the eighteen levels of what he has determined is Buddhist Hell, he can have a chance to avenge his death on Earth and return to the woman he loves," while Burglar features a similar theme, "A world class thief is ironically killed in his own home by a proposed common burglar. His estranged son, with no such experience and left with only common thievery tools, takes up the burglar mantle to avenge his father's death."
