THQ today released a new GBA Double Pack, featuring two previously released, top-selling titles, Hot Wheels World Race and Hot Wheels Velocity X. The Hot Wheels dual pack is now available for $19.99 at retail outlets throughout North America, offering consumers a great entertainment value.

"We are excited to bring the popular Hot Wheels franchise to the innovative Double Packs program for the Game Boy Advance," said Terri Schiek, vice president, field sales, THQ. "The Hot Wheels compilation presents a tremendous value to consumers allowing kids to race their favorite Hot Wheels cars in multiple adventures."

Hot Wheels Velocity X is a high speed, mission-based racing adventure built on core combat racing principals and inspired by Hot Wheels attitude. Players must pull off wild, gravity-defying stunts, speed through huge loops, drive up walls and find hidden short-cuts or race people off the road to save the city from a criminal gang of street villains. The game features more than 30 authentic cars, huge levels and an arsenal of special power-ups.

In "Hot Wheels World Race" players are thrust into the futuristic Hot Wheels world where life revolves around the most intense stunt race ever imagined. Players must race their opponents on extreme tracks featuring split/multi-level courses, obstacles and speeds unlike anything experienced before. Players will be able to choose from 35 authentic Hot Wheels cars released over the past 38 years.
