'Joint Task Force' Coming Fall 2006

by Rainier on May 4, 2006 @ 11:54 a.m. PDT

Joint Task Force is a story of modern war where players match superior tactics and military technology against dangerous unconventional forces around the globe. The game’s exacting attention to detail – from buildings that dynamically collapse to military vehicles modeled down to the last rivet – will create a new benchmark for modern-day RTS games.

“Our cooperation with the military hardware manufacturers means that we can add even more realism to Joint Task Force, bringing to the market what I believe to be the most realistic modern-day warfare game to date. Every last detail is important to us with JTF and we are committed to raising the standards in terms of quality,” said Mike Hornerman, Managing Director of HD Publishing BV.

Developed by Most Wanted Entertainment, Joint Task Force portrays a future that could easily become reality: In 2007, neither the US, UN nor NATO have the power to pacify the numerous combat hot spots blazing around the globe. To quell the global rise of terrorism, dictators and insurgents, Western Leaders create the Joint Task Force an ultramodern and highly elite military squad. The player takes control of the JTF to combat various oppressive regimes around the world.

Breathtaking 3D-graphics, accurate physics with destructible buildings and landscapes as well as changing weather conditions make Joint Task Force an intense strategy experience. Joint Task Force by Most Wanted Entertainment will be released Fall 2006 for PC.
