by Rainier on June 1, 2006 @ 1:00 p.m. PDT

It’s 1916, and Manfred von Richthofen’s Jasta 11 is massacring Allied aircrews. In response, the Allies form a special squadron called the Angels of Doom. Headed by top Allied aces, this squadron has one top priority: hunt down the Red Baron, and scatter his Flying Circus into seven winds.

Which side will you join?

Whichever you choose, an action-packed campaign played out on famous World War One battlefields will let you fly the outstanding fighter planes of the Great War. By the time it ends, the Red Baron will be either dead or triumphant!

Wings of Honor 2 is a tremendously fun, action-packed World War I aerial combat game. The player joins Manfred von Richthofen’s infamous Jasta 11... or a crack Allied fighter unit, specially formed to confront the Red Baron and his Flying Circus! Two distinct and highly original campaigns take the player through a rich variety of missions while flying the Great War’s outstanding fighter planes... or manning an anti-aircraft gun... or commanding a Zeppelin airship.

A living game world, great graphics, stunning sound effects, and a brilliantly simple user interface combine to create a totally immersive player experience. Although a budget-priced title, Wings of Honor 2 offers player satisfaction comparable with many full-budget titles.
