To do this you have to deploy everything at your disposal:

• Produce your own shows, TV-movies, and series, etc.
• Change programming as you see fit
• Run the administration and train your teams…
• Arrange for advertising for the channel and its programs,
• Negotiate advertising time for ads on your channel.

Above all, you have to decide, in response to opinion polls, what programs will go out on your channel - their format and target, etc - to try to become the king of rating figures.
