At BlizzCon, Mohr will host and perform during the closing-night festivities in the convention center's main arena. He will also be serving as master of ceremonies for a series of live contests during the first night of the convention.
"We're very pleased to have Jay Mohr on board for BlizzCon," said Mike Morhaime, president and cofounder of Blizzard Entertainment®. "He's a great performer, and he'll really help us make this year's show memorable for our players."
BlizzCon is a celebration of the Warcraft, StarCraft, and Diablo franchises and the players who have helped make them so popular around the world. In addition to hands-on game time with Blizzard's recently announced sequel, StarCraft II, this year's BlizzCon will feature an array of contests, tournaments, developer discussion panels, and live entertainment for attendees to enjoy.
The event is sold out, but extensive coverage of various BlizzCon activities will be available at www.BlizzCon.com.
