by Rainier on Aug. 13, 2007 @ 9:50 a.m. PDT

Another day, another batch of games shipped to stores. Instead of giving them all their own posts, we grouped them, and so far there are announcements for:

  • Operation: Vietnam (NDS)

  • We will update this throughout the day when new announcements become available. Read more for details ...

Operation: Vietnam (NDS)

Operation: Vietnam lets players strategically engage all four squad members depending on mission tactics.

"Operation: Vietnam is among the first military games available for the Nintendo DS audience," said Ken Gold, vice president of Marketing, Majesco. "The team-based play combined with variety of military missions, weapons and scenarios make Operation: Vietnam a great value at only $19.99."

In Operation: Vietnam, players simultaneously command up to four soldiers as they attempt to lead their squad out of enemy territory. Using the Touch Screen to issue commands, access inventory and view maps, players must utilize the specialties and weapons of each soldier in 20 different missions that include rescuing POWs and saving civilians. Destructible environments and a variety of enemy types make this top down shooter a challenging military action adventure.

Operation: Vietnam, developed by Coyote Consol, has a suggested retail price of $19.99 and is rated T for Teen.
