Before you get all excited, no this is not the promised "fall" update, actually this update doesn't do anything you can visualize, merely implement code to prepare for future growth of the service. So while Microsoft is obviously preparing for the new Xbox Live Experience later this year this update is only paving the road, no changes or enhancements, no new features what so ever are included.
