The nostalgia begins with today’s release of Enemy Engaged: Apache vs. Havoc and Pro Pinball Timeshock, available for just $5.99 each. In the coming weeks more classics will be added to the site, including Combat Chess, Pro Pinball Big Race USA and Pro Pinball Fantastic Journey, all DRM-free, guaranteed to work on Vista and XP and packed with bonus stuff.
“Empire Interactive have been in the industry for over 20 years, and in that time they have developed and published some genuine classics,” said Adam Oldakowski, Managing Director of GOG.com. “It's a great opportunity for GOG.com to deliver a number of these titles to a new audience and to make them available once more to everyone that originally played and enjoyed them.”
“As part of our global licensing strategy we are confident that working with GOG.com is great way for Empire to showcase some of our classic titles,” said Kevin Hutchinson, Licensing & ROE General Manager for Empire Interactive. “Enemy Engaged: Apache vs. Havoc and Pro Pinball Timeshock are both genuine classics and will be among the first of Empire’s back catalogue to be made available through GOG.com.”
Enemy Engaged: Apache vs. Havoc and Pro Pinball Timeshock are now available at GOG.com, with other Empire Interactive titles such as Pro Pinball Fantastic Journey, Pro Pinball Big Race USA and Combat Chess to follow shortly.
