Using its multiplatform MT-FrameWork 2.0, LP2 will be told from the perspective of various Snow Pirate factions, unlike Lost Planet. Set 10 years after the original, a climate change has melted the snow covered landscape, and created new environments such as jungles. LP2 will feature co-op, turret toting Mechs and Gears of War 2-like portable cover/shields.
