After Burner Climax

Built for all skill levels, everyone will be able to take to the air and blaze through a branching storyline with over 20 stages.

Developed by SEGA’s AM2 division, famous for titles such as Virtua Fighter and Outrun, After Burner Climax is based on the latest arcade version in the franchise. Players will square off against a plethora of AI opponents as they dodge, shoot, and barrel roll their way to victory in a variety of the game’s environments. With the Climax Mode, players can activate slow motion, which makes avoiding rockets and bullets easier, and increasing accuracy whilst aiming for those harder to hit targets.

• Choose your aircraft: Select your aircraft from the F-14D Super Tomcat by Northrop Grumman to the F-15E Strike Eagle and F/A-18E Super Hornet by Boeing. Personalize your plane with a selection of four different paint jobs including standard paint, camouflage, special paint, and low visibility.
• Over 20 stages: Play through each stage at blazing speed with your personalized fighter aircraft.
• Branching storyline: Keep your head under pressure with limited time to make adrenaline-fuelled decisions, and experience different paths through the game based on personal choice and the success or failure of special missions.
• Four game modes: Build up your skill in Training Mode and then take flight in Arcade mode. Play through Score Attack to see how you rank on the Online Leaderboards.
• EX OPTION Mode: Enjoy exhilarating flight in overwhelmingly superior conditions and take down multiple enemies at a time.
• Climax Mode: When your Climax Gauge is full, time slows down and your lock-on cursor expands. This is your chance to lock on to enemies en masse and take them all down at once!
• Weapons: Blast away close range enemies with the gun with access to unlimited ammo. Shoot missiles that lock on to enemy aircraft.
• Awards: Your skills will be tested to unlock exclusive Avatar Awards available for the expert player.

Puzzle Chronicles

Puzzle Chronicles mixes color-matching puzzles with role-playing themes and plotlines, allowing users to enhance their character by succeeding in various puzzle challenges and defeating the many opponent forces that confront them during the course of the adventure.

Puzzle Chronicles is set in the savage wastelands of the Asharin Empire. A despotic King has seized your countrymen and their kidnapping must be avenged. To topple the corrupt monarch, players must build their character into a great warrior capable of overthrowing the empire via a series of brain-twisting puzzle combat challenges.

The main game screen is split into two, distinct areas with a swathe of colored gems dropping into the player’s side of the screen, and that of their challenger. As like-colored gems are activated, they are removed from play unleashing specific spells and physical attacks on the opponent, or unlocking items for use in the quest. Each adversary, however, has specific skills and magic or combat attributes, which force the player to vary their game accordingly.

A battle is won when the opposing player’s energy is completely depleted, and the victor is then rewarded with experience points and key skills. Using these, players can enhance their character with new weaponry and better armor necessary to take on the game’s bigger foes, and raising and training pets to fight alongside you. Tips on the whereabouts of treasures and unique items can also be found by defeating key rivals, and will prove useful later in the game.

Puzzle Chronicles also adds a series of sub-levels and side quests for the player to explore, with dungeons to be explored and looted, and a wealth of special magical items to be collected. This adds to the game’s replay value immensely,
