We will update this throughout the day when new announcements become available. Read more for details ...

Cloning Clyde (PC)

Cloning Clyde arrives today on Steam with a coup of a deal! To kick off today's release and celebrate the game’s PC debut, Steam has announced that, for a limited time, users will be able to get their hands on the wacky action-adventure platformer for 15% off the game's regular price!

After the sale has concluded, Cloning Clyde will return to its regular, low price of 4.99 USD (£3.99 / €4.99).

A side-scrolling platformer, Cloning Clyde stars an unfortunate hero with multiplying problems. Clyde is the victim of a cloning experiment gone wrong who awakes to find himself trapped in a fortress-like cloning facility.

Players control Clyde and his clone brothers, switching between bodies to solve puzzles and find their way to safety. Though, occasionally players must cross-clone Clyde with monkeys, frogs, barrels of TNT, etc. to overcome obstacles - all while fighting past exploding mutant chickens and security robots.

Cloning Clyde was first released in 2006 as an Xbox Live Arcade exclusive title, but its arrival on Steam marks the first time the game has appeared on any other platform. To help it better integrate to Valve’s digital gaming platform, the game will support new features such as Steam Achievements and Stats. Cloning Clyde was developed jointly by independent studios Bacon Wrapped Games and NinjaBee

Jikandia: The Timeless Land (PSP)

In Jikandia, you must travel through dungeons in search of your friends. You can set the time limit for each dungeon yourself. Dungeons are altered in several ways according to the time limit you set, so no adventure is the same twice. The longer you spend in one, the more likely you’ll come across rare items and treasure chests... but you’ll also face more monsters and difficult traps. Also, by meeting certain requirements, you can unlock specific events and cause legendary items to appear. Activating the “Focus” mode will make you stronger, faster, and more powerful. Obtain magic orbs to customize your hero’s skills as you wish. Up to four PSP® systems can be linked to play in the Jikandia Coliseum timed stages, where you can battle against your friends and dodge traps to win with the highest score.

For thousands of years, the people of Jikandia were happy and peaceful, utterly ignorant of the concept of time. Then one day, uncountable hordes of dangerous creatures appeared, bringing chaos to Jikandia and setting the wheels of time turning once again. Plunged suddenly into this newly-temporal reality, the people of Jikandia fell into confusion, terror, and anarchy.

Key Features:

  • Set your own time limit: Take control of the clock and play at your own pace. You can spend as little as three minutes on a quick speed-run, or up to half an hour scouring a dungeon for rare treasure.
  • Unlock story events: Play through the game multiple times to unlock additional events. Since the layout and size of each dungeon changes depending on the time set by the player, it’s possible for the player to never have to explore the same dungeon twice.
  • 4-player Coliseum mode: Up to four players can enjoy Jikandia together using the PSP® system’s ad-hoc mode. Challenge other players in a wide variety of settings to determine who will emerge from battle victorious.

Jikandia: The Timeless Land, rated ‘T’ for Teen , is available for $29.99 on both UMD and digital release.
