Life's A Banquet And Most Poor Suckers Are Starving To Death

What's the deal with companies all of a sudden adding a "you can't sue us" clause in their user agreements? Pretty soon, no matter what they sell you — whether or not it's functional, hazardous or illegal — they'll add something in the EULA that safeguards them from any harm. Doesn't really sound right to me. You make something, so you're responsible for it. If it craps out on your watch, well, you should have made it functional in the first place. The next thing you know, we'll be buying cars that fall apart and the manufacturer will make us download a patch to get it running again.

Aside from the legal mumbo jumbo, TV season is in full swing and unfortunately, we've picked up a few new series to test run, like 2 Broke Girls, Person of Interest and, of course, Terra Nova.
