It’s easy to use the touch screen to add frames, ribbons and stickers, or to draw on photos with a variety of pens using the Nintendo 3DS stylus. In addition to fun backgrounds and frames for the photos, the software includes new decorations like colored contacts, eyelashes and makeup, plus 3D items such as snacks, toys, flowers and jewels that can be rotated and viewed at any angle. Users can also share their creations in a number of ways. They can send photos to nearby friends who have Sparkle Snapshots 3D using a local wireless connection, or copy their pictures onto an SD Card (sold separately) and then print them, share them or post them online. The in-game Sparkle SnapShop will give users access to even more trendy items to customize their photos. Additional downloadable content, such as a Mario-themed set, will be available in the future.
