'Dementium II' (NDS) Also Coming To PC

by Rainier on Sept. 4, 2012 @ 10:46 a.m. PDT

Continuing the storyline from the original, Dementium II will deliver better visuals, more haunting audio, and sharper scares than its predecessor, promising to take players even closer to the precipice of madness.

Players take on the role of William Redmoor, recent recipient of a radical brain operation and current inmate at the clandestine Bright Dawn Treatment Center for the criminally insane. Your memories are fuzzy, but it appears your wife and daughter were murdered, and the evidence points towards you as the killer. Demons you thought vanquished have appeared once again. It’s up to you to survive the onslaught of horrific beasts, stay one step ahead of the Doctor, and get out, if you can!

"Dementium was a great gaming experience on the DS." Says Joe de Lange of Memetic Games. " We are excited to be working with Renegade Kid to now bring it to a new platform where we can take advantage of higher resolution graphics, larger screens and new UI. Like many fans, we believe in Dementium and are excited to participate in its continued expansion." Jools Watsham, Co-founder and Creative Director of Renegade Kid stated “We are excited to be bringing the Dementium experience to a new gaming platform, and look forward to expanding the storyline and gameplay with additional content in the future”.
