G3 Studios have been working on a prototype for its role-playing game “Deathfire: Ruins of Nethermore” for the past eight months. Now it is finally time for them to secure proper financing for the project, and for that purpose they turn to Kickstarter: to invite gamers and prospective fans of the game to show their support and help G3 Studios raise the funds necessary to create the entire project.
Mark your calendar and please let your readers know: Our Kickstarter campaign will go live on Wednesday, November 6!
As we are trying to raise funding for the project, naturally, in order to make this campaign a success, and “Deathfire” a reality, we will need all the help we can get. Every bit of coverage we can obtain will help raise the visibility of the project, and with it, its prospect of success. We hope that you will find a spot on your website to announce the “Deathfire: Ruins of Nethermore” Kickstarter campaign to help us get the campaign off to a strong start.
Because a strong campaign start is absolutely vital, we have put in place special rewards for early backers that might interest your readers. Everyone who backs the project during the first day of the campaign will receive a FIRST DAY BACKER badge on our forums and will also receive an exclusive in-game item that will not appear anywhere else in the game. This particular bonus will no longer be applied once the first 24 hours of the campaign have passed.
We have another special perk in place for the first 48 hours! If we manage to gather at least 1,500 backers within those crucial first 48 hours, we will create an exclusive cover for the Kickstarter Editions of the game! This cover, which will also serve as the game’s initial loading screen, will not be available to players who will purchase the game online or in stores later.
For that purpose, a countdown timer on our website will also help to build momentum and allow people to see how close we are to the exact start of the campaign so they won’t miss these Earl-Bird Specials.
