Erin Reynolds left her job at Zynga to reanimate her proof-of-concept, Nevermind. Now she has planned an upcoming Kickstarter to launch on Wednesday, February 5 with the goal to offer a full commercial release of Nevermind.
Originally started as the thesis for her USC Games Program Master’s degree, Nevermind earned accolades for its innovative use of biofeedback technology (in this case, a heart rate monitor). Players are monitored and if they get scared or tense up, the game gets more difficult.
