With more than 400 000 units, the first episode of this Tactical-RPG series surprised not only fans but also press thanks to its massive line-up, stirring gameplay and unique humor!

Among the famed returning licenses, Project X Zone 2 will feature Tekken, Tales Of Vesperia, God Eater or .hack// series (Bandai Namco Entertainment), Devil May Cry, Megaman X and Resident Evil series (CAPCOM), Sakura Wars, Yakuza: Dead Souls and Virtua Fighter (SEGA Interactive Co., Ltd./ SEGA Games Co., Ltd).

The successful recipe of this game will be heightened with the addition of several characters, in-game features and new languages for subtitles: French, Italian, German and Spanish!

New unveiled characters are Hibana (Nightshade), Alisa Ilinichina Amiella (God Eater 2), Sylphie (Forgotten Worlds) and Miyuki (Ordyne). Plus there's also returning characters Chun-Li (Street Fighter), Ling Xiaoyu (Tekken), Morrigan (Darkstalkers), Demitri (Darkstalkers), Pai Chan (Virtua Fighter) and Saya (Namco X Capcom).

Finally, a brand new original character joins the series for the first time in Project X Zone 2. Sheath is an agent from the US branch of Ouma (a shady organisation intent on bringing destruction to the world). Always cheerful, she travels together with Saya across worlds in order to bring their schemes to fruition - using a sword engulfed in flames to unleash devastating magic-imbued attacks in combat. 

A new system featuring character skill sets that strengthen each unit's normal and special attacks will be introduced in Project X Zone 2. It is up to the player to use Customisation Points (CP), choose wisely and increase their skills. The new in-game shop also allows players to purchase items with Gold during 'Intermissions'. Prepare for the next stage of combat by purchasing various useful items to utilise during missions.
