Star Wars Battlefront will allow fans to live out a wide range of heroic moments and intense battle fantasies of their own – firing blasters, riding speeder bikes and snow speeders, commanding AT-ATs and piloting TIE fighters and the Millennium Falcon.

These battles will take place on some of the most iconic planets in the Star Wars universe, including Endor, Hoth, Tatooine and the previously unexplored planet, Sullust.

Gamers will be able to play as some of the most memorable characters in the original trilogy such as Darth Vader and Boba Fett.

Star Wars Battlefront will feature a wide range of modes tailored for different types of battles, from larger 40-person competitive multiplayer to crafted missions that are played solo, with a friend via split-screen offline or co-operatively online.

DICE showcases some of the new content, features and updates Season Pass owners – and all players – can enjoy on the Battlefront. Starting March 22, ALL Star Wars Battlefront players will receive new missions with Hutt Contracts, a new Spectator Mode to watch others play, an increased Level Cap, weapons and more! Season Pass owners will have access to exclusive new weapons like the Relby V-10 rifle and DT-12 blaster pistol, maps on Sullust and at Jabba’s Palace, a new game mode called Extraction, and two new playable characters: Greedo and Nien Nunb.

Explore New Locations: Blast enemies in the smelting factory or along the industrial pipes and platforms of Sullust or fight through Jabba’s throne room and sail barge garage on Tatooine.

Play as Iconic Heroes: New playable hero characters will have you shooting first with Greedo or targeting foes with precision as Nien Nunb.

New Mode: Extraction: Rebel forces have entered some of the most dangerous places in the Outer Rim in order to extract a valuable shipment of resources. Now they must bring the shipment to their transport ship before time runs out. The Empire has arrived to stop them from reaching the extraction point.
