'Shu' (ALL) Comes To Nintendo Switch - Trailer

by Rainier on Dec. 15, 2017 @ 12:00 a.m. PST

Shu is a hand-drawn platformer that will challenge and delight players with an engrossing 2.5D world, filled with collectables, obstacles and threats.

Set in a scenic mountain village, Shu combines charming character design, beautiful hand-crafted visuals and fast-paced platform action as Shu and companions battle to save their friends while being pursued by a monstrous and unrelenting storm.

Adventure across the land with the help of hand-drawn characters and their unique powers, forever pursued by a monstrous and unrelenting storm. Shu harkens back to old school platforming classics, but also adds its own unique flavour to the formula, boasting a large cast of characters and variety of fast-paced gameplay, optional time-trials and online leaderboards.

Can you outrun the end of the world?

Featuring an original soundtrack, 10 recruitable characters and a plethora of secrets to discover, the Nintendo Switch version of Shu will also include the Caverns of The Nightjars add-on content.

‘With so many great games arriving on the Nintendo Switch in Fall of 2017 - like Mario Odyssey, XenoBlade Chronicles 2, and RIVE - we took some extra time to ensure our much-loved platformer got the treatment it deserved. We’re extremely proud to have Shu running at 60fps in hand-held and docked mode.’ - Eddie Beardsmore, COO

Already available on Vita, PS4 and PC, Shu will be released digitally on Nintendo Switch on January 23rd 2018, and will be priced at £7.69,$9.99, €8.49 and ¥1,100.
