The Quiet Man takes players beyond sound and words to deliver an immersive story-driven cinematic action experience.

The Quiet Man takes players beyond sound and words to deliver an immersive story-driven cinematic action experience that players can complete in one sitting.

The game seamlessly blends high-production live action, realistic CG and pulse-pounding action gameplay.

In a story that unravels across a single night, players take the role of deaf protagonist Dane as he fights his way to discover the motives behind the kidnapping of songstress Lala by a mysterious masked man.

Square Enix released a new downloadable update for The Quiet Man to allow players to discover the secrets and final mysteries of the adrenaline-filled cinematic action experience.

The Quiet Man – Answered – is available via a free update and allows players to re-experience Dane’s journey to rescue the singer Lala with sound, voices and full subtitle support for the first time. This new experience will provide the final answers to the lingering mysteries of The Quiet Man and let players know the truth within this unique interactive experience.

Subtitles will only appear when spoken dialogue is intended to be heard or understood. For narrative purposes, no subtitles will be displayed for most scenes regardless of this setting. The Quiet Man – Answered – patch play through will feature full subtitles.

In addition to the developers and advisors involved with the production of The Quiet Man, internationally renowned writer, producer and performer Imogen Heap also discusses her work on the title and her inspirations for creating ‘The Quiet’, an original track debuting in The Quiet Man.

Additionally, a free patch will be available one week after release, titled The Quiet Man – Answered -, which will offer answers to the unique mysteries of The Quiet Man by providing another play through with sound and voices.

The Quiet Man is available as digital download for PS4 (PSN) and PC (Steam) for $14.99.

Through November 15, those who purchase from the PlayStation Store will receive the base game, a PS4 system dynamic theme, and a set of eight PlayStation Network avatars. During the same period, those who purchase from Steam will receive the base game, as well as a set of seven desktop and mobile wallpapers. Further, those who purchase within this period on either platform will receive a 10% discount.
