Grab your pickaxe and dig into SteamWorld Dig 2, a platform mining adventure forged in Metroidvania flames.

SteamWorld Dig is back, and this time – it’s dig or die! Dig deep, gain riches and unearth the terrors of the underworld.

In search of her lost friend, a lone steambot and her unlikely companion must dig deep, gain riches and explore an underworld riddled with danger. But time is running short...

SteamWorld Dig 2 for 3DS will be exclusive to Nintendo eShop and go for $19.99 / €19.99. It's the ultra-portable version of our biggest adventure, optimized to run at 60 fps even with stereoscopic 3D turned on! It runs like a charm even on the earliest iterations of the hardware, and many of us still enjoy this machine to the max.

Key Features:

  • Dig your way underground and explore vivid worlds riddled with treasure, secrets and traps
  • Combat dangerous enemies at every turn of the underworld’s twisted paths, including shadowy creatures and the haunted remains of an ancient electrical threat
  • Upgrade your gear to forge deeper into the earth and take on bigger challenges
  • Swing across large chasms with your Hookshot and fly through caves with the jet Engine!
  • And finally, learn the truth about your long lost friend…

Currently available on Vita, PS4, Switch and PC, SteamWorld Dig 2 is coming to 3DS on or $19.99/€19.99/£14.99.
