Freeman: Guerrilla Warfare is a single-player PC game which features a unique combination of tactical first-person shooter and strategy game. You can attack hostile territories and defend currently held ones and eventually dominate the world.

Differs from most FPS games by adding grand strategy and RPG elements. In the overworld map/strategy portion, the player roams on the world map, visiting various locations, trading, upgrading equipment, accepting missions, and engaging enemy field armies or siege towns. In the FPS portion, the player enters the battlefield, fights as a foot soldier, and leads the army to combat in first person view. 

Freeman: Guerrilla Warfare is now feature-complete and going to release on October 4th, 9 pm EST! 

It's been one year and eight months since we participated in Early Access. During this time the game went through many changes, and if you would like to check out the first version of the game, you can download it from the Test Version Build when we fully release the game.

Back then, it's started like a small scale game, which mixed FPS and elements of Grand Strategy, Real Time Strategy, and RPG, with little features and simple graphics. Very soon after release, many media and players start to describe this game as a mix of Mount and Blade, Arma and Jagged Alliance. Then this game started to grow and become more and more unique with more complex systems, lore, and in-depth gameplay mechanics added to the game. 

Now the game becomes more like an actual guerrilla warfare simulator, where you need to train civilians to become experienced fighters, equip them with whatever you can get, and fight together for the victory. 

Key Features:

• One of the most unique features is that you are not only commanding your squads on the strategy map, but also go to fight with them in the first person mode. The player needs to act as both a commander and a soldier to fight a non-stop intense battle.
• Conquering and managing towns in order to finance your war machine.
• In-depth trading system with the option of designing your own trading routes and protecting your trading convoys from enemy ambushes.
• Companions who can act as hero soldiers or as generals who help defend, attack, and manage cities.
• Ability to join other factions' combat or call reinforcement from allies to assist your battle.
• Immersive game lore which can be discovered through dialogues with NPCs.
• Full modding support: Our game supports full modding. We have designed a set of easy-to-learn modding tools for modders to mod the game. The tools will be available after full release. Possible mods of this game can be world war mods, sci-fi mods, etc.

Currently available on Steam Early Access, Freeman: Guerrilla Warfare will be available as full release on October 4, 2019.
