Originally planned for launch today, Mad Machines will be available on Steam Early Access starting November 15, 2019.

"Due to unforeseen circumstances with Steam, we are forced to delay the launch of Mad Machines for 4 days. We apologize to all our fans who looked forward to playing the game today. Don’t worry though, we are not going to sit in idle, but will continue working on polishing the game even more while we all wait for the Friday’s launch."

Mad Machines will go full release in Q1 2020.
