Rumors has been swirling around that Rockstar Games acquired Ruffian Games a little while ago, especially since a new Rockstar Dundee appeared among Rockstar's affiliates, while also looking to recruit new people.

Confirming this is indeed the case are several UK government documents, filed on Oct. 6, 2020, that reveal Ruffian Games has been renamed Rockstar Dundee.
