El Dorado: The Golden City Builder is an economic strategy characterized by a complex city-building system, the gameplay of which is set in the realities of pre-Columbian Latin America. Players will become a part of a world flowing with gold, but at the same time filled with brutality and the struggle for survival. They will need to make sacrifices to the Gods and fight for their favor, and your civilization will flourish for centuries.

The construction and expansion of the Golden City is not the only aspect that awaits the city manager. Meeting the needs of communities, Gods, trade and political partners will often intersect with your choices. The Golden City has many enemies –  hostile cities and tribes. Wars, plagues, civil unrest, natural disasters are an integral part of El Dorado: The Golden City Builder.

“The favor of the Gods is one of the basic and most important tasks in the game. Each player will have to pay close attention to the religious layer of the game. Without ensuring satisfaction of the Gods, succeeding in the game and expansion of the whole civilization will be extremely difficult or even impossible”, says Marcin Wenus, CEO of Gameparic.
