'Iron Conflict' Available On Steam Early Access - Trailer

by Rainier on Jan. 8, 2021 @ 8:46 a.m. PST

Iron Conflict is an online competitive real-time strategy game based on modern military warfare.

Featuring stunning graphics, 10v10 online battles and rich real-time strategy gameplay, the game will allow players to take command and experience warfare from a whole new perspective.

In Iron Conflict, players start by choosing three combat units to control from a mix of infantry, tanks, and planes. Different combat units have specific strengths and weaknesses – and they can be further customized through the use of tech trees, skills, and modules. As you’d expect from an online game, communication between teammates is key during battles. The actions of a single teammate can be the difference between glorious victory or abject defeat!

Made with Unreal 4, Iron Conflict features highly-detailed, historically accurate models, photo-realistic visuals, and awesome special effects that make players feel like they truly are in command of a powerful military force.

Iron Conflict boasts fan favorites, such as the Type 99 tank and the aforementioned F-35 – along with hundreds of other WWII airplanes and tanks. Map tiles, on the other hand, are randomized – making each battle different from the last. Terrain and buildings can obstruct both lines of sight and lines of fire – creating the opportunity for traps, escape, and exciting games of cat-and-mouse.

Angela Game and Imperium Interactive Entertainment announced that Iron Conflict is now available through Steam Early Access for $14.99, with an additional 10% launch week discount.

By first launching in Early Access, Angela Game plans to use the suggestions and feedback kindly provided by players during that period to continue to improve the quality of the game. By including players in the development process, the development team hopes to better meet their wants and needs with the end product.

The Early Access version provides a complete game experience, including two complete factions, over ten different categories of units, hundreds of individual units, and basic system functions such as core game modes, maps, and an accessory system that allows players to outfit and customize their units.

The Early Access version also features impressive graphics and sound effects, a complete user interface, and meets all basic game requirements.

“Working tirelessly with our community to develop a truly competitive RTS experience for strategy players, it’s extremely gratifying to officially launch Iron Conflict into early access,” said Kaven Xu, Project Manager at Angela Game. “This is an incredible milestone for our studio, and we’re excited to introduce our first game. We’re confident that this initial project will establish us as a very reputable studio in the competitive gaming space and the RTS community.”

“Our current plan is for the Early Access period to last 12 months. However , we cannot rule out that the full version may be delayed to ensure a higher-quality, more complete game.”
