by Rainier on Feb. 1, 2021 @ 2:03 p.m. PST

Dino Galaxy Tennis is a 2D side-view action tennis game set in space on the surface of various planets.

Dino Galaxy Tennis is a brand new title for couch gaming enthusiasts. Players will be able to choose from exciting tournaments, various challenges and modes, including co-op, perfect for both hardcore gamers looking for thrill and casuals, who prefer to sit back and relax during a slower session. Multiple diverse maps, skills and challenges, make Dino Galaxy a title for all kinds of players and the multitude of combinations will turn each match into a unique experience!

Inspired by popular party games, Dino Galaxy Tennis will activate the inner competitor in everyone, throwing them right on the galactic tennis court. Every match will bring lots of fun, but do not forget that there can be only one Galactic Master! The game offers singleplayer and multiplayer with 3 different modes, 4 types of challenges, 6 planets to visit and enough fun to fill up a black hole!

In Dino Galaxy Tennis you will be able to play as a dinosaur, whose dream is to win the Galactic Tennis Tournament. To reach the grand final, you will have to visit 5 planets and defeat their leaders, with every victory confirmed by a unique badge. This will not only bring you closer to the final, but will also unlock special abilities which become useful in future matches. With the help of your mentor and special practices, you will be able to improve your results between tournaments. Throughout the story you will also encounter a cheating opponent, which needs to be eliminated in a match.

Vixa Games announces that Dino Galaxy Tennis will be showcased in the winter edition of the Steam Game Festival!

The Festival begins on February 3rd at 10 AM PST (8 PM CEST) and will end on February 9th at 10 AM PST (8 PM CEST).

During the Steam Game Festival, you will be able to try out an exclusive Steam demo version of the game and step into the role of one of many cool characters. You can try your skills in a single-player or up to 4-players Versus mode with your friends. The demo is completely free but will stay available only during the time of the Steam Game Festival.

Apart from that players can join a series of events like Developer Live Stream with Q&A, showing certain in-game footage, sneak peeks, work in progress materials, and many more!

Game Modes:

  • Dynamic Challenges - test your skills in a set of bizarre trials! A lot of button mashing, so train your fingers!
  • “Dinos in Space” Tournament" - Dinosaurs competing in tennis matches against elite players and boss-like opponents, some of which don't even need to use hands to strike the ball.
  • Planetary exploration - Dinosaurs venturing through the galaxy & discovering different celestial bodies - all of them with some differences: low-gravity, orbiting moons, hi-tech devices.
  • Special and Super Special skills - combine your basic moves with special and ultimate strikes,  and power-ups to outplay other contestants.
  • High tension action - Hit, double-hit, bend or even teleport your comets. Rush, dash, and rocket-fly all over the planet’s orbit. You’ll need outstanding reflexes and a lot of wits to win your games.
  • Colorful visuals, energetic music & satisfying gameplay - everyone will have fun! Solo or with friends. Age doesn't matter here either!

Dino Galaxy Tennis is coming to PC (Steam) in Q1 2021, followed by Nintendo Switch, PS4 and Xbox One at a later time.
