KEO will be launching into Steam Early Access on September 23rd for $19.99 (USD), following a series of open beta tests earlier this summer.
New players will be taken through a tutorial designed to get them combat ready, and the game will support PlayStation, Xbox, and PC controllers as well as keyboard and mouse so players can choose to play whichever way suits them best.
During early access KEO will see regular additions to its content including maps, vehicles, weapons, and an extra game mode, as well as features like ranking and spectator mode. The game will also be optimised for ultra-widescreen before it’s full launch next year.
Key Features
- Heart-pumping vehicle-to-vehicle combat: Put pedal to the metal to blast through opponents and secure victory, whether you’re a casual cruiser or a hardened gamer
- Three fierce game modes:
- Team Deathmatch: Raw mayhem! The team with the most kills wins it all in either 5v5 or 3v3 maps.
- Domination: Control the battlefield by capturing and defending outposts spread around the map that will contribute to your teams score. Whoever reaches the target score first, or has the most points when the timer reaches zero, wins.
- Team Racing: Carry the payload around the circuit to count laps. Whoever isn't the carrier is free to wreak havoc on the other team or defend their carrier.
- Expand and upgrade: From weapons to cosmetics, each vehicle can be personalized and upgraded to deliver flair and ferocity
- Multiple vehicles: There are many war machines of all shapes and sizes to utilize on the battlefield, varying in abilities, speed, armor, and more
KEO will welcome players when it launches into Steam Early Access on September 23, 2021, with the full game scheduled early 2022.
