Overprime combines a 3D 3rd-person shooter with the MOBA (Multiplayer Online Battle Arena) genre, celebrating both dynamic attack skills of the unique heroes and thrilled ambience across sci-fi inspired battlefields.

Choose one of the powerful heroes with unique skills, and work with your teammates to achieve the Prime Battlefield goals. Speed across the battlefield with the Prime heroes and feel the thrill of the action.

Lead the team with the tactical use of the powerful skills! Use wisely each hero's skill to build a unique strategy to conquer the opponent's base. Cooperate with your fellows to discover new ingenious ways of team fight. Unite, mastermind and lead your team to victory!

There are several heroes, and each hero is unique with specific skill sets and battle techniques. The choice of items you equip your hero with may determine an outcome of the battle. Try out different sets by customizing various items to make your hero undefeatable. In Training Mode, you can test different heroes and items, improve your playing skills and find new ways of utilizing the battlefield. New heroes will constantly be added in the future, so you will never cease to enjoy trying out new sets and combinations.

Netmarble announced the second closed beta test (CBT) for Overprime, which will run from April 28 at 7:00 P.M. PT through May 9 at 3:00 A.M. PT, and interested players can request access on the game's Steam page.

Players can prepare for the closed beta by pre-downloading the game beginning April 25th at 7:00 P.M. PT until April 28.

During the 11-day testing period, players from around the globe will join the battle on 7 server regions including Seoul, Frankfurt, Virginia, Singapore, San Paulo, Hong Kong, and Bahrain. The CBT will also support over 28 languages.

Following the first successful CBT, players can expect several new updates including:

• Game Optimization - a wide range of game settings will allow more players to enjoy Overprime, such as the ability for graphic card users with lower specs to still play
• Advanced User Interface - several visual enhancements have been added including a new mini map, as well as in-game stores and items
• Improved Tutorial - a new guide has been added for new MOBA players to showcase Overprime’s unique game mechanics including Guardian and Dunk System

There will also be a Partner Creator Recruiting Event from April 15 through April 24. Selected streamers will be able to stream the Overprime CBT experience and obtain special rewards.

Utilizing the assets of ‘Paragon’ developed by Epic Games in 2016, Overprime succeeds the previous title, providing a brand new 3D TPS MOBA experience for users, while benchmarking the smooth, high-quality graphics of the previous title.

Overprime is in development for PC (Steam).
