When you are on a case, the game won’t solve the mystery for you, it won’t even tell you if you are on the right path. You must sharpen your senses and follow your instincts. Explore your surroundings to uncover clues, interview witnesses, devise potential suspects by analyzing your findings, and then make you accusations.

In Hill Agency’s futuristic timeline, society has re-shaped itself into two distinct groups. The working class who make a living on The Ground, and the privileged Elites who look down on them from the towering balconies of The Risen City up above. Those in The Risen City live in a technological paradise, devoid of concerns and enjoying a life of untethered freedom. Or so they are led to believe.

Your story begins on The Ground, in the neon-lit city of Akâmaskiy, where the urban skyline is peppered with brightly colored publicity in Cree language. You will step into the shoes of Meygeen Hill, a tracker by family trade, but detective by choice. Follow her as she unravels the many mysteries of her Indigenous metropolis and unearths the secret threads that link The Risen City and Akâmaskiy. 

Be wary, however, when a mysterious dame from the upper districts comes knocking on your door with a seemingly straightforward case, your life will change forever.
