Mad World is an immersive MMORPG at its core, boasting a unique hand-drawn gritty art style presented in a 2D isometric perspective, illustrating a story which takes place in a post-apocalyptic world where humans, struggling to survive, battle against Demons.

Whilst offering PvE raiding commanding strategy, dynamic boss encounters, competitive PvP environments and other characteristics widely accompanied in traditional MMOs, the development of the game will put a core focus on combat and massively multiplayer experiences. Balanced, challenging gameplay with depth, a constant pulse on the community, with an enduring perseverance to innovate is where JandiSoft believes the genre can shine the brightest. In contrast, Mad World's grim dark setting, gameplay and narrative seek to rediscover the emotional experiences, the euphoria of hard-fought achievement and the gravity of decisive battles that the genre has long forgotten.

Built on HTML5 the game will be playable on the vast majority of browsers, enabling cross-play between PC, mobile and other compatible media. An additional benefit is that without requiring client-specific download and installation, JANDISOFT intends to support easier accessibility to as many players as possible, wherever they are, whenever they want to brave the insanity that is Mad World MMO.

Jandisoft Inc. announced that participants for Mad World- Age of Darkness will be recruited for a closed beta test.

Players hoping to partake in the test may apply through the Mad World homepage until September 13th (GMT+9), and participants will be chosen by a draw system. CBT is scheduled to take place for seven days between 15th of September to 21st of September. (GMT+9).

The upcoming test will test improvements that are made based on feedback data gained from the Final Alpha Test in this May. Improvement of combat controls, balance reform, completeness and convenience of various systems will be the focus of the test.
