It was an easy job. Terrible pay, but it was just you, the graveyard shift and your little security booth out in the middle of nowhere. You were planning on catching up on some bad horror movies on tonight’s shift, before reality became stranger and deadlier than anything on VHS.
What starts as a normal day on the same old job, takes a turn for the worse.
The facility is overrun, enemies stalk the halls and the science team are in danger. Steer the story through fully voice-acted, branching dialogues. Get on the radio to provide support and direct survivors to safety, reroute power through the facility remotely and track the movement of scientists and threats.
Armed with nothing but your wits, a pin-board map of the facility, your two-way radio, an archaic computer and anything else you can find lying around in the booth, only you can provide support and save your best friend trapped inside the facility. Or you can just switch off your radio, put on a movie and tune out while the world burns. Just pay no attention to the explosions on the horizon.
For fans interested in trying out Interference: Dead Air, a playable demo is available.
Key Features:
- Actions Matter: Every decision the player makes (or doesn't make) is valid. Wanna be an asshole? Sure. A pushover? Go for it! Or you can just leave. We won't stop you.
- Multitask: Monitor your radio, computer, and map to lead your friend to safety. You'd just better hope the power doesn't go out.
- Tune Out: Your booth is outfitted with all sorts of distractions. Shoot a few hoops or unwind with a relaxing word search puzzle. We know you have a lot on your plate managing a massive security breach and keeping your best friend alive, but you do you.
- Atmospheric Setting: The desert is spooky, mysterious, and kinda lonely... the perfect place to contemplate your worldly insignificance!
- Original Soundtrack: The 80s called, they want their synthesizers back.
- Replayability: A branching narrative adventure that plays out in real-time, with no two playthroughs exactly alike.
Interference: Dead Air is coming to PC (Steam) on February 2, 2023.
